Glica Refund Policy

At Glica, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under specific conditions. Please read the policy below before requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

The product arrived defective, damaged, or in non-working condition.

You received the wrong item or the product is significantly different from the description.

Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within the estimated timeframe.

You canceled your order before it was processed for shipment.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

The product was delivered correctly and is not defective.

The refund request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.

The item has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition and packaging.

Final-sale, personalized, or hygiene-related products. Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

Provide Details – Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos or a short video (for defective/damaged items).

Review Process – Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and respond with the next steps.

Note: During peak seasons or holidays, the review process may take slightly longer.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 24 business hours.  The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, store credit may be issued.

5. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in cases where:

The item is returned but not in its original condition.

Accessories or parts are missing, not due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:

Check your bank account or payment provider for any pending transactions.

Some payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not been processed for shipping.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return.
